Much of my work is dream based and autobiographical, artistic inspirations include: Katsushika Hokusai, Tsukioka Yoshitoshi, Katsuhiro Otomo, Katsaya Terada, OsamoTezuka and Satoshi Kon amongst others. I'm a Buddhist. I Hold a 5th degree black belt in Dian-Qi-Tao Gung Fu, and a 1st degree black belt in Karate-Do-Shotokai.
Naniiebim [nan-ih-eh-bim] is a freelance illustrator who draws and self-published comics since 2008. Draws inspiration for art and storytelling from the huge range of manga out there particularly shounen and seinen, and also from unusual artists in self-publishing and dotted throughout the rest of the comic scene. Has an idiosyncratically sketchy style mostly due to myopia and lack of patience.
Zarina is a freelance illustrator and comic artist based in both London and Cambridge. Using a mixture of soft pencils, inks, watercolours and occasionally Photoshop, her work draws inspiration from vintage fashion, Japanese printmaking and observational psychology.
She has illustrated for a variety of private and editorial clients including the Times Educational Supplement, BBC Worldwide, Who’s Jack Magazine and Oops! Fashion.
